Paula is a dedicated Career Coach, helping clients unlock their potential at every stage, whether guiding them on job search readiness, navigating job transitions, advancement, exploring entrepreneurship, or stepping into retirement. She also supports Olympic athletes as they transition beyond sports.
Driven by a passion for empowerment, she founded Coaching for Impact to help individuals take charge of their professional and personal growth.
Engaged as an Executive Consultant for a global outplacement firm, Paula delivers dynamic coaching, workshops, and webinars worldwide, ensuring insightful and practical career strategies.
She is a member of the ICF, an internationally qualified Results Coach, certified in the Neuroscience of Coaching as well as the PrinciplesYou personality profiling tool.
Beyond her professional work, Paula is committed to community impact, volunteering with organisations focused on homelessness and domestic violence prevention.





DIVERSE EXPERTISE
Paula has worked with a diverse range of people from blue collar through to middle management and global leaders. Facilitating the exploration of options and possibilities, her clients consider “what’s next”. She is on a mission to help people adjust and improve not only their life but also their career path by providing professional guidance and service that makes a difference.
As a nationally accredited mediator, she provides co-mediation and negotiation services to parties involved in workplace conflict, family matters (excluding parenting plans) and neighbourhood disputes. With a focus on community, she is a Board Member for Reset Support Services, an organisation that works with perpetrators of domestic violence as well as a volunteer for Sleepbus, who provide safe, temporary overnight accommodation for the homeless.
